Candle Care & Safety Instructions
To prevent fire and serious injury: Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting and keep debris out of the wax pool. Do not burn longer than 2 hours at a time. Place candle on a heat-resistant surface and away from drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Do not extinguish with water. Allow wax to fully harden before relighting, touching, or moving.

Our typical processing time ranges from 2 to 5 business days, not including carrier transit time. We exclusively use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please note that during the summer months, we do not ship any wax products via USPS.

Extra Shipping Cost
If your shipping costs exceed 30% of the product price, we will reach out to you via email or phone to explore alternative options.
Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier
.Please note that we cannot issue any refunds until we receive approval from UPS. In most cases, UPS will send you the funds to cover the damaged items. You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
