Always trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Burn no longer than 2 hours at a time. Place on a heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items. Do not extinguish with water. Let wax harden before relighting or moving.

Our typical processing time ranges from 2 to 5 business days, not including carrier transit time. We exclusively use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please note that during the summer months, we do not ship any wax products via USPS.

Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier

You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
