Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier

You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
