Candle Care & Safety Instructions
Always trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting and keep debris out of the wax pool. Burn no longer than 2 hours at a time. Place on a heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving the room. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items. Do not extinguish with water. Allow wax to harden before relighting, touching, or moving.
Our typical processing time ranges from 2 to 5 business days, not including carrier transit time. We exclusively use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please note that during the summer months, we do not ship any wax products via USPS.
Shipping Cost
As a small business, we face high shipping costs. To ensure our products remain affordable for our customers, we keep our prices as low as possible. We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99, which is waived for orders over $100.00.

Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier
.Please note that we cannot issue any refunds until we receive approval from UPS. In most cases, UPS will send you the funds to cover the damaged items. You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
